Perched some Disposable vapes and decided not to order the vapes from this company automatically did a refund waited 10 days for it to come back on the card i paid with the 10 business came and gone and i Never received my refund back do i emailed the company back and was emailed back saying i would have to wait another 10 business days

Verified ReviewerI have been shopping with you guys for months trying to quit smoking cigarettes. I ordered two new vapes that were not properly packaged. Cardboard and melted.
The items I purchased were not packaged properly. I've been ordering from you guys for months.
Packages were delivered to my mailbox, sealed in bubble wrap. This purchase was delivered to the door in melted cardboard. I need a full refund. The items I purchased, '2 Lost Mary', were not vapes!
This is a hate crime, an act of terrorism.
They were not made of a similar substance, but rather were soft and melted. Very hazardous!

I recently bought a Hyde vape from this website. I received the vape and guess what?
It is completely soaked in e-juice and leaking inside the package. At this point there is no point in even trying to use the device, but I still tried and of course it didn't work. You can see the video I attached. Also, I contacted them over 10 times through email with NO REPLY OVER 3 WEEKS.
I cannot what happened to me, and never expected this to ever happen to me. Don't ever order from this website because you will probably receive a broken vape with no customer service.

They came in a small box that would not fit 10. They said my order was complete and delivered. I have sent many emails but received zero response.

I purchased a zero bar vape (grape soda flavor), and it would not charge. I tried to reach out to them twice with no reply, and now we are out of options but to accept our loss. I would not recommend ordering from them because the customer service is non-existent, and I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never heard back from Zippstock, but my package arrived with everything I ordered.
I placed a couple orders from Ziipstock and had a great experience with those. Great price, super fast shipping.
I was excited I had found them! But then two weeks ago, I placed another $130+ order and the money was taken from my account, but I have yet to get a confirmation email OR my products. I have emailed and gotten no response. I have called, no answer.
Left voicemails but no return call. If they cant fill my order, just tell me!
Dont take my money and leave me hanging. I am NOT a very happy camper right now.

I just opened a couple vapes today...3 of them. The 2 were as I sd. Were dead, one was completely wouldnt even charge n the ither had 1o min of juice in it! Veryfrustrating@ I hardly had any issues with ziipstock and elf bar/EB Designs are still my favorite vapes.
If they aren't replaced, im going to switch to another company. I don't want to, but I may have to, if this isn't corrected n 2 new vapes sent to me.

The other of the 3 I opened was a bc5000ultra blue cotton canyon! I got 5 drags from it n no more, thought it needed charged so I chat%Ed it n hot the nasty burnt taste!

I has isses with vapes not working several times and name brands 1st time it happened they sent me 2 of the same vape you'd expected to get more crap but it happened everything was good again. I found another company to get em from and that was horrible too took over almost 2 weeks to get em...
I just went back to ziipstock and so far everything has been good they just need better customer service!! I do love how quick I get em..
